Instructors are expected to promote their classes on Instagram.
We support you with:
You don’t have to do it alone — but you do need to show up for your class beyond the studio walls.
You will:
• Teach heels technique + choreography across levels
• Lead structured warm-up, drills, phrase work, and cool-down
• Coach confidence + performance quality safely
• Provide modifications for various bodies + footwear comfort
• Assist with opening/closing + check-ins
You’re a great fit if you:
• Have strong heels foundations (alignment, turns, weight transfer)
• Can teach multiple levels with clear progressions
• Bring a body-positive, non-intimidating presence
• Have 3+ years teaching adults
Nice to have:
• Injury prevention or conditioning knowledge
• Showcase/performance team choreography experience
You will:
• Teach groove, bounce, textures, foundations + choreography
• Create a beginner-friendly but high-energy environment
• Use drills + progressions to build retention
• Maintain culturally aware instruction + music choices
You’re a great fit if you:
• Have strong foundational hip hop training
• Can clearly break down movement
• Manage group energy confidently
• Have 3+ years teaching adults
Nice to have:
• Freestyle/cypher facilitation
• Community-building class formats
You will:
• Lead adaptive dance classes for adults with varied abilities
• Create structured, predictable class plans
• Offer seated/standing modifications
• Communicate clearly with caregivers/support staff
• Maintain strong safety protocols
Certification Required:
Adaptive/special needs dance certification (or equivalent).
If not certified, we will cover the cost in exchange for a 1-year teaching commitment.

• Have experience working with people with disabilities
• Teach with patience, clarity, and dignity-first approach
• Are consistent and reliable

• CPR/First Aid
